What happens when the internet goes?
The counter keeps billing. Bills are kept on the counter and go up to the cloud when the internet is back. Reports on other devices show them then.
Which computer and printer do I need?
Any Windows computer, or an Android phone or tablet. Thermal printers (58 mm and 80 mm) and A4 printers work. Barcode scanners work as they are.
Can I bring my items from my old software?
Yes. Bring your items, customers and suppliers from an Excel sheet. We can help you with it on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
Your data is kept in the cloud with a copy on each counter. Only the people you add can open it, and you choose what each staff member can do.
How do I pay?
From inside the app, by UPI or card, once a year. You can add computers and phones whenever you need them.
What if I don't pay after the trial?
Your shop moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can choose a plan any time.
