Questions about prices
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new shop gets 7 days of the Silver plan free, with no card needed. After that you choose a plan, or the shop moves to the free plan: 100 items and 5 bills a day. Nothing you entered is deleted.
Do the prices include GST?
No. Prices are for a year, before 18% GST. You pay from inside the app by UPI or card through Razorpay, once a year.
What does "1 computer and 1 phone" mean?
Each plan includes one Windows computer (or browser) and one Android phone working on the same shop. Add an extra computer from ₹1,499 a year and an extra phone from ₹399 a year whenever you need them.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan from inside the app at any time. Your items, bills, customers and stock stay as they are.
Is there a version that does not need the internet at all?
Yes, Cartix Prime Offline runs on the shop’s own Windows computer, with other counters on the shop’s network, for a one-time licence and a yearly update plan. Ask us on WhatsApp for its price.
